Shipping Policy

Processing Time
We aim to ship all orders within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. During launches, sales, or restocks, dispatch times may be slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated if that’s the case.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.
• Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Standard delivery: 3–8 business days, depending on your location.
• Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

Shipping Delays
We do our best to ensure your order arrives on time. However, once your parcel is with Australia Post, delivery times are out of our control. Please allow extra time during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, sales).

Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct before placing your order. Unfortunately, we can’t refund or replace orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
