Return, Refunds and Exchanges

Change of Mind
Due to the limited nature of our collections, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind. Please choose carefully and refer to the size guide before purchasing.

Exchanges & Store Credit
We’re happy to offer a store credit or exchange for items returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with tags still attached.
To arrange a return:

  • Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty.
  • We recommend using a trackable service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect all products before they leave us, but if you believe you’ve received a faulty or incorrect item, please email us at meadowandkit@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once assessed, we’ll arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund (including return shipping, where applicable).

Refunds
Refunds are only issued for items deemed faulty or unable to be replaced.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return.
Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a faulty item.

Sale Items
All sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
